We have tried to answer the most common questions.
Shipping & Returns
Below are some common questions about shipping and returns
When can I expect my delivery?
Once your order is placed, it enters production within 12 hours and is usually packed and shipped within 1/2 business days.
Most deliveries arrive within 5/7 business days, though remote locations may take up to 10/14 business days this is uncommon.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order is on its way.
If your order hasn’t arrived after 9 business days, please reach out through our contact form. Just make sure to do so within 30 calendar days of placing your order, or we may not be able to open a claim with the carrier.
Please keep in mind that times of delivery can be affected by the busy seasons such as Christmas or other holidays, which may cause a slight delay.
Are there any shipping or customs fees?
We provide free shipping to all regions we serve.
However, some countries may charge import duties or VAT based on local tax regulations. These fees are collected by the courier and paid directly to the local government—they are not under our control.
We guarantee no customs fees for deliveries to the EU, UK, US and Canada

I only got part of my order
Sometimes orders are split into multiple packages to ensure everything is safely delivered. In rare cases, couriers may deliver them on different days.
If you're missing part of your shipment, contact our support teamwe'll help you track down the rest.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We currently ship to the US, Canada, Europe, Australia and UK
If you’re unsure whether we ship to your country, please reach out via our contact form.
I need to change my delivery address
If you made a mistake or need to update your shipping details, please contact us immediately with your Order ID and the correct address.
Once your package has been shipped and a tracking link has been issued, we can’t change the address.
In that case, contact our support team and we’ll guide you through the next steps.
Can I return my products?
We’re happy to help if something’s gone wrong with your order!
Since each item is made just for you, we don’t accept returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.
However, if your item arrives damaged or there’s a manufacturing issue, we’ve got you covered! Just contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll gladly offer a free replacement or a refund.
To report a problem, please use the contact form and include a clear photo showing the defect.
There’s no need to send the item back we’ll take care of everything.
Orders

I haven’t received my order confirmation
You should receive a confirmation email right after placing your order. If it’s not in your inbox, make sure to check your spam or junk folder, as some email providers might filter unfamiliar senders.
Still can’t find it? It’s possible that your email address was entered incorrectly during checkout. If that’s the case please contact us just get in touch with us — we’ll correct your email and send the confirmation again.
I haven’t received tracking confirmation
We usually get your order shipped in 2-3 business days, but during periods of high demand, there may be slight delays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order gets shipped. If it’s been over 5 business days since you placed your order and you haven’t received your shipping confirmation email, don’t hesitate to contact us.
Can I make changes to or cancel my order?
If you’d like to cancel or update your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it. When filling out our contact form, select the subject “I want to change or cancel my order” so we can prioritize it.
Please note: Our fulfillment process moves fast — orders are sent to production within 24 hours and packed for shipping within 36 hours. Once your items are packed, we can no longer make changes or cancel them, even if they haven’t shipped yet.
Changing your items
If you want to add, remove, or swap items, let us know exactly what you'd like to update. If the changes are still possible, we’ll confirm it via email.
If there’s a price difference, we’ll either send a refund or an invoice to pay the difference. You’ll be able to complete the payment directly from the email we send. Once payment is received, your updated order will proceed to fulfillment automatically.
Cancelling your order
If you'd like to cancel your order, please reach out immediately. We’ll do our best to process the cancellation. If successful, you’ll receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds typically take 2–5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment method.
If the cancellation isn’t possible, you can still return the item once it arrives. For details, see our Returns section.
Can I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes if you need an invoice for your order, we can send one to use for expense or accounting purposes. Please note, we’re not currently set up for B2B sales, so we’re unable to edit billing details or include a VAT number on the invoice.

Payments

Which payment options are available?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Maestro, and more. You can also use Shop Pay, Apple Pay, or Google Pay for a quicker checkout experience.
Prefer PayPal? That works too! At the moment, we don’t accept wire transfers, invoices, or personal checks.
What currency will I be charged in?
Your payment will be processed in the local currency of the country you're ordering from. We support most local currencies in the regions we ship to.
In some European countries, even if your national currency is different, payments may still be processed in EUR (Euro). We typically cover any conversion fees, but please be aware that your bank might apply extra charges, depending on their policies.

Also, double-check with your credit card provider if your card is eligible for international online purchases and if there are no other issues (e.g., incomplete 3D-secure process). We also recommend deleting cache, clearing your browser cookies, or switching your browser/device.

What is a canvas print?
It’s a print made on a cotton or poly-cotton canvas, stretched over a wooden frame. The final result resembles a painting, with a textured surface that adds warmth and depth to the image.
Is the canvas already mounted?
Yes, all our canvases come pre-mounted on a radiata pine wood frame sourced from sustainable forests. They are ready to hang and include two soft rubber dots on the back to keep the canvas balanced against the wall.
What’s the difference between a Fine Art Print and a Canvas Print?
Fine Art Prints offer a photographic finish on premium paper, ideal for classic frames and elegant settings. Canvas Prints provide a more tactile, painterly effect—perfect for those seeking a bold, gallery-style look. Choose canvas when you want an artwork that’s ready to hang and feels more like a painting.
Is the print quality on canvas high enough?
Absolutely. Our canvases are designed in 12K resolution and crafted by professionals from the film and television industry. Every detail is rendered with astonishing clarity and color depth.
What kind of inks do you use? Are they safe?
We use UL GREENGUARD GOLD certified inks, which meet the highest air quality standards—those required for hospitals and schools. They’re safe, eco-friendly, and suitable even for sensitive indoor environments.
Fine Art Prints
Below are some common questions about our Fine Art Prints
Why are they called Fine Art Prints?
These are high-end art prints produced using giclée technology on premium paper, such as 100% cotton or museum-grade photo paper. They are ideal for artists, photographers, and collectors seeking exceptional detail and color fidelity.
What kind of paper do you use?
We use 285 gsm fine art paper because we believe in offering only the best. The paper is equivalent to traditional watercolor or etching paper, featuring a soft textured surface and archival quality that ensures durability and elegance.
What kind of printing process is used?
Our prints use giclée printing—a technique known for producing bright, intense colors and fine details. The inks are UV-resistant, meaning your artwork will not fade even with regular sunlight exposure.
Can I order a framed print?
Not at this time. Since we ship worldwide, framing would significantly increase delivery times and costs. We prefer to focus on delivering exceptional paper and print quality in an eco-friendly and secure format.
How long does production take?
Production and shipping typically takes 5–7 business days. Your print will arrive safely rolled in eco-conscious cardboard packaging, ready for you to frame or mount as you prefer.

How protective are the cases?
Very. The inner TPU silicone liner provides excellent shock absorption, while the outer shell resists cracks and tears. It’s a sleek case that doesn’t compromise on protection.
What materials are the phone cases made of?
Our custom phone cases feature a dual-layer construction: a hard 100% polycarbonate outer shell and a shock-absorbing 100% TPU (silicone) inner liner. This combination ensures durability, flexibility, and solid protection against drops and daily wear.
Do the phone cases support wireless charging?
Yes, they are fully compatible with standard wireless charging (excluding MagSafe). You won’t need to remove the case to power up your device.
Is the print durable? Will it fade over time?
It's super durable. We use 3D full-wrap UV printing, which ensures deep ink saturation and vibrant, long-lasting color. The UV coating offers excellent resistance to scratches, fading, and weathering—indoors or outdoors.
What finishes are available?
All our phone cases come in either a glossy or matte finish, so you can choose the texture and look that best matches your personal style.
Are the ports and buttons accessible?
Yes. Each case is precision-cut with clear, open ports for smooth connectivity. The responsive buttons and camera openings are designed to fit your device perfectly.

Absolutely, they are perfect for everyday use. Each bag features reinforced cotton handles with five color options to match your style. The handles are securely stitched with an additional row of thread for extra strength, ensuring reliable comfort even when carrying heavier items.
What makes these tote bags different from standard ones?
Our bags are designed with boxed corners to offer more internal space, a laminated inner lining for added structure and protection, and high-quality stitching with black inner seams and transparent hems for a refined finish.
What sizes are available?
We offer three different sizes to suit your daily needs—all featuring a single, large storage compartment for maximum practicality.
How should I clean my tote bag?
Remove all items before cleaning. For best results, pretreat any stains with a stain remover. Mix warm water with mild detergent and gently clean using a terry washcloth or a soft brush. Let the bag air dry completely before use

Are the t-shirts certified?
Yes. All our blank garments are Fair Wear, PETA, and GOTS certified, ensuring ethical labor practices, vegan-friendly materials, and organic cotton sourcing. Printing inks are REACH-certified, meaning they comply with rigorous environmental and health standards.
What’s the fit like?
These Unisex t-shirts feature a relaxed, classic fit—designed for everyday comfort. They are perfect for layering or wearing on their own across all seasons.
What details ensure durability?
Each t-shirt includes shoulder-to-shoulder self-fabric tape for structural reinforcement, a ribbed collar that retains shape over time, and double-needle stitching on sleeves and hems for long-lasting wear.
What kind of printing method is used?
We use Direct-to-Garment (DTG) digital printing, which allows for high-resolution, full-color designs with stunning detail and depth. The print is soft to the touch—completely absorbed into the fabric—so you won’t feel it against your skin.
