Shipping & Delivery Times

All Famousify products are made to order through our Print on Demand model. This means each item is printed and prepared specifically for you after purchase, reducing waste and ensuring a unique product.

Processing Times

• Once you place an order, production takes approximately 2-5 business days.
• During peak periods (e.g., holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.

Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on the destination:

• USA & Canada: 5-10 business days
• Europe: 5-10 business days
• United Kingdom: 5-10 business days
• Rest of the World: 10-20 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as customs, courier delays, or weather conditions.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the products ordered.

Customs & Import Taxes

For orders shipped outside the USA or European Union, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These charges are not controlled by Famousify and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number (if available) to monitor your shipment.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated time frame, please contact us at famousify.ai@gmail.com, and we will do our best to assist you. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier or customs.

Order Changes & Cancellations

• Orders are processed quickly to ensure efficient production.
• Once an order has entered production, we cannot modify or cancel it.

Returns & Replacements

Since all our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or with a printing error, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with a photo of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
