Can I edit the photo after uploading it?
No, but you can easily generate a new portrait by uploading another photo.
Why doesn’t my pet look exactly like in real life?
Our system is super accurate, but sometimes tiny details can slip. Just regenerate the portrait with the same or a better photo. It usually does the trick!
Can I add my pet’s name to the portrait?
Of course! You can personalize your artwork with their name.
Can I print the digital file myself?
Absolutely. If you buy the Digital Downlaod format, you’ll receive a high-resolution 5K file, perfect for printing on any surface you like.
